Right of withdrawal

As a consumer and as a business customer with consumer rights (a natural person for whom the contract is not of a professional nature, Article 38a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Raman Navarych, ul. Jerzego Holzera 6 lok. 112, 02-972 Warszawa, Poland, email: hello@normaro.eu) or Paddle via paddle.net of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below or the “Withdraw from contract” button in your account, but they are not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. We forward a statement that reaches us to Paddle on the same working day; for the deadline, receipt by us or by Paddle counts.

Business customers have no right of withdrawal unless they are business customers with consumer rights.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Calculation: the check of a page counts as provided if it was fully completed when your withdrawal reached us. The amount equals the total price multiplied by the number of these page checks and divided by the number of all page checks ordered. We refund the rest.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires when we have fully performed the check, if we began performance only after you gave your express consent for us to begin before the end of the withdrawal period and you acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed. You give this consent in the order step by ticking a separate checkbox. We confirm it to you by email.
